Welcome to the SSD Salon Series: Spring 2026!
REGISTRATION FOR: performers, movers, and audience
If you are signing up as an audience or an improvisor, feel free to pass by the registration questions on the first page, unless they are required.
If you are interested in signing up to present a short (under 7minute) work, please REGISTER FOR FREE and FILL OUT ALL QUESTIONS on the form.
- Note that all work submitted is not guaranteed, we will contact those accepted. Entries on a first come, first served basis. If content is not deemed appropriate for this setting or does not align with SSD’s mission and values, work might not be considered.
- If accepted to the Salon Series, it is expected you will help market the event and/or invite audience to come, watch, and/or dance!
- Works for showing must be no longer than 7 minutes in length.
- Rehearsal space is not available. We will show up and share!
THE SSD SALON SERIES is a casual event, meant to bring movers and musicians together to network, perform, and dance in space!
SSD is offering ONE Salon Series event this Spring on April 10, 2026, at East Liberty Presbyterian Church in the GYM.
Dancers and Musicians, performers alike are all invited to share excerpts or works in progress during the PERFORMANCE portion of the evening!
At the conclusion of this portion, the IMPROVISATION will begin! Movers, musicians, and audience can join in on a dance jam.

*musicians feel free to set up and come a little earlier than 6pm! If you can't make it that early, simply quietly come and we can set you up between the portions.
